The Spanish invoicing regulation (RD 1619/2012) requires specific data on every invoice: full issuer and recipient identification with NIF, correlative series and number, issue and operation dates, VAT itemized by rate, and the amount breakdown. This generator brings all of it: it validates your NIF or your client's CIF with the official control digit as you type, computes every line in exact cents to avoid rounding drift, groups VAT by rate when an invoice mixes different rates, applies IRPF withholding and the equivalency surcharge when needed, and writes the total in words for you. The print button opens a clean view ready to save as PDF. Nothing is uploaded to any server and your issuer data stays in your browser for the next invoice.

Frequently asked questions
Which fields are mandatory on a Spanish invoice?
Per RD 1619/2012: names and addresses of issuer and recipient, their NIFs, correlative number and series, issue date (and operation date if different), item description, VAT rate and amount, total, and payment method or date. All of them are in the template.
When is IRPF withheld on an invoice?
When the issuer is a self-employed professional and the recipient is a company or another professional: the standard 15% (7% for new activity in the first two years) is withheld and stated on the invoice. It does not apply to end consumers.
Is the generated invoice legally valid?
The document includes every regulated field and NIF check digits are validated with the official algorithm, but issuing responsibility (numbering, your tax details) is yours. For automated sending and tracking, invoicing software may fit better; for low-volume freelancers this template complies.
