Your data is stored only in this browser. A quote is not an invoice: it does not replace the fiscal document. The PRE-yyyy-nnnn number is internal and indicative. This tool is not tax or legal advice.

The quote is the first document a client sees and the one that wins the job; it is also the one most improvised. This generator gives you the complete Spanish business format: sequential numbering like PRE-2026-0001, offer validity configurable in days with the computed expiry date — so nobody claims a price from months ago —, per-item VAT with a breakdown when you mix rates, optional IRPF withholding for invoicing companies, printed terms (timelines, revisions, materials), and the total in words as commercial practice requires. NIF/NIE/CIF validation on issuer and client so you never hand over a document with a wrong identifier, clean PDF printing, and your setup saved in your browser. Data never leaves your device.

Frequently asked questions
Is a quote the same as an invoice?
No. A quote is a commercial offer with time validity; the invoice is the fiscal document issued when the quote is accepted, with legal requirements (RD 1619/2012). This generator is for the offer; use the invoice generator for the invoice.
How long should a quote be valid for?
15 to 30 days is usual for services; volatile materials (metals, hardware) are better closed at 7-15 days. The tool computes the deadline for you and prints it on the document.
Does it store my data or my clients on a server?
No. Everything is stored in your browser's localStorage and documents are generated on your device. You can export each quote as JSON to archive it or move it elsewhere.
